Our CEO and Co-Founder, Francesco Marra, once part of the Italian National Water Polo Team, also cites teamwork as one of the most important aspects of our corporate culture. Marra Forni is divided into various teams. We currently have Marketing, Business Development, Logistics/Project Management, Finance/Accounting, and Manufacturing Divisions. Our manufacturing process, for example, is divided into six crucial steps – not to mention shipping, which is every bit as important, because our ovens need to arrive at their final destinations, whether it be next door, across the country, or overseas, in prime condition. Our manufacturing, done right here in Beltsville, MD, only a few miles from the nation’s capital includes Metal/Welding/Masonry/Assembly (which includes electronic and technical components)/Oven Finishing/Tiling, and Quality Control.
The Marra Forni team is also dedicated to “Turnkey Service “- which means that we believe that our customers’ success is our success. We are always willing to go the extra mile to help our clients. Our highly experienced Business Developers, for example, offer one-on-one advice and training to guide clients to successfully maximize the use and efficiency of Marra Forni restaurant equipment. Our dedicated Venting Specialists will work with your architects or engineers to identify the best solution for their duct layout.
We also offer top-notch customer service and technical support throughout the life of our ovens and venting systems. Whether customers are trying to troubleshoot an issue, schedule service with a qualified technician, or order a replacement part, we’re here to help. We offer one-on-one video tech support and oven maintenance video tutorials as well.
To further help our clients, our Culinary Directors provide a one-on-one introductory pizza-making demonstration. We are focused on teaching customers everything that they need to know about cooking their recipes in one of Marra Forni’s gas, electric, or wood-fired brick ovens, in order to set them up for success.
We also help promote our customers’ businesses. Our high-traffic website showcases our clients’ restaurants in our gallery, in testimonials, and on our blog. With eye-catching, dynamic content we generate, direct, and boost traffic to our client’s social media pages. We also systematically share our clients content, producing more social interactions and a wider reach to support their marketing efforts.
