A 24-foot trailer, designed to facilitate the experience of making sizzling hot, delicious pizza anywhere and everywhere. The truck will be fully equipped with premium Marra Forni products as well as The Rotator, our best-selling rotating pizza oven.
Marra Forni’s Due Bocche and Double Mouth brick ovens are game-changers for restaurants looking to increase their pizza production and expand menu offerings. The oven is specifically built with Marra Forni's Rotator and Neapolitan to be used by two chefs simultaneously for a variety of menu applications. Marra Forni’s Electric Stackable oven is a versatile and efficient solution for high-volume pizza making. These ovens can be vertically stacked up to four decks in height, making them ideal for restaurants and pizzerias with limited floor space. The temperature range of 200° - 950°F ensures that these ovens can handle a variety of cooking needs, from crispy thin-crust pizzas to deep dish pies. The electric heating technology provides precise and consistent heat distribution, resulting in perfectly cooked pizzas every time.
